The Tiger CX is a full-featured 19' long Class C motorhome that combines the easy parking of a Class B van with the rugged 4-wheel drive features of a heavy-duty Chevy pickup.
To quote Provan, the CX provides the ride and convenience of a standard pickup with the walk-through convenience of the compact TIGER Motorhome design. This combination gives you easy driving, easy handling and any combination of truck equipment for towing or rugged use, while maintaining the highest level of comfort throughout. Large tank capacities, inner spring beds and bath area highlight the CX with full attention to comfort in all areas. Its total length of 19 feet lets the CX go virtually anywhere, and with its full range automatic 4 wheel drive capability, a fantastic off road RV.
Our Tiger was built to order by Provan to negotiate logging and mining roads and for multi-month trips into the Arctic, mountains, deserts, beaches, and swamps. Tigers are now built by Tiger Adventure Vehicles. See their web site at tigervehicles.com for similar 2020s models.
This 2004 Tiger CX was our dream retirement machine, but now, because of relocation, we are selling our enthusiastic cruiser of logging roads, mining roads, and who-needs-roads? It’s taken us to Alaska, the Yukon, Northwest Territory, Labrador, the deserts of the Southwest, and all three coasts, 62000 miles in all.
